Sorry mate, its the cr*ppy Dragon OEM tyres!! Had exactly the same problem & switched to Michelin Road Pilot 3 after 2000 miles. They don't square at all, but scallop quite badly. Rear lasted 4.5k miles, front is still good after 5.5k
