if its the external ones on the shaft then you're in for a repair bill that will smart a bit
either way there is no magic fix, its a 2 mins check to prevent it, they do come loose

It won't adjust up anymore the slot sides have closed together with adjusting I have been doing already, bike has 32k on it.
