The rear light is mounted on 2 rubber rings which makes it wobbly for a reason, the single cylinder engine send a lot of throbbing vibration to the tail end and if the light wasn't rubber mounted the ligth bulb inside wouldn't last 2 minutes.

Now you said you've got a new bike but the rule round here is that this bike doesn't exist yet until we see pics of it.
