I did a similar trip a couple of years ago was a thread on here but looks to have gone. I wanted to go north up the coast right to the top. Basic plan - split the trip up into days, pick out some campsites and do a route in-between that took us off the A-roads and skirted the coast/lochs as much as possible on the wee roads.

We did stay at the campsites on the days I planned, but didn't always stick %100 to the route in-between. Spent two nights in Tayvallich after a long first day and Arisaig (fantastic place) just to chill out, sober up and have a bit of time off the bikes.

In the nine days we got to the top and back, and went to some stunning places, no doubt rode right past hundreds of others. Trouble is you're not going to get everywhere in one go.
