I cant help wondering how long it,ll be before the goverment starts meddling with the motorcycle test side of things even more when people who are jumping on scooters especially in cities like london end up causing or being in serious accidents, rode inner london for 5 years as a way of getting from job to job as a gas engineer and was amazed at what i have seen scooters with L plates on mainly doing with their death defying riding, its great seeing more two wheels being registered for the industry but not for future accident statistics, time will tell.
