I always ride on the tripmeter, never mind the fuel gauge. When I ride backroads, it runs 1lt:25/26km(doin' 80/90kmh), so 500+km's range is possible... When I ride highways it runs 1lt: 20/21km's, so understandable less range, but still good enuff! But all fact&figures aside, I usually gas up around 460km's, that'll do for me just fine...
Oh, and whenever it's available I'll run 98oct gas(in Holland not everywhere, but in Belgium lotsa), runs smoother imho.
