head bearings are a well known problem, seems they never get enough grease in the factory. No big deal - if you know about it.
Forkseals may fail after 15000 miles - no big deal.
The real problem - as CaptMoto allready mentioned - seems to be your Yamaha garage!

Those pro's can't locate an electrical problem within 8 days?
Get your bike to somebody, who knows what he's doing..
