Hi Stuxtttr, Yes, It does put you off, although i feel better about the modification made, my other half is still not happy taking it on tour in the wilds of gods ridin country (Scotland) and we need to to take the Ten (or A bike). The only other machine i like /suites my style of riding is a Versys...sorry i swore
