The usual bar ends and pegs for signs of an off. Chech the spokes are all there and OK. The cush drive will either be knackered now or later, so just assume you can fix that.
There is a modified air box on later models, so have a look on the forum for that.
Reg/rec connector check inside for signs of self destruction.
Otherwise if it sounds OK and rides straight you should be fine..
I have so many non standard bits on my 59 plate Ten' that a conventional once over is all you can sensibly do.
Assume the air box/AIS/fuelling/exhaust etc etc are all standard?
If you're anything like me when buying a 2nd hand bike, it comes home and gets taken to bits anyhow!!
