I don't see why not. Even if it has a cat. I have bumped bikes and cars with cats although you are advised not to on cat equipped vehicles (anyone know why) If its only once or twice whilst you find out whats causing the flat battery it could not do any harm.

If its the choice between leaving it and walking home and bump starting I would take the bump any time.
