Not sure if it does everything but I have made a point of using it when doing jobs on the bike and I haven't needed anything else yet apart from my Leatherman.
The quality is second to none and I know what you mean about fiddly but you soon get the hank of it and it is suprisingly agile and comfortable in the hand. It is so small as well when packed up so could be complemented with other items easily. In this case a 'small tool' is good ahem!
Ps. Hope you are healing fast and free from pain Jen.

Hee hee - set myself up for that one didn't I?!
I agree, that most jobs on bikes (including the Ten') require a flat and philips screwdriver, 4/5/6mm allen keys and 8/10/12mm sockets - all of which are in the Motion Pro tool, and as you say, together with a Leatherman type tool, will get you out of pretty much any fix - worth considering for a 'trail toolkit' certainly, and small enough to fit in a jacket pocket, never mind a bumbag or something...
However, I think as a 'replacement' or indeed 'upgrade' for the OEM kit, a decent ratchet, plus the bike specific tools (14mm hex/22mm socket) which aren't even included in the OEM are worth considering too for anyone planning a longer trip.

ps. leg is healing, slower than I'd like, but at least there is no pain... I'm hoping to be walking/driving again in a couple of weeks, and be at the Ace Cafe Overland Adventure Day on the 20th Feb - hopefully having picked up my Dakar bike from Patsy and be on my way home!
