I built mine with parts from Maplins. the assistant looked it up in the book for me. Don't know the part number, it came without any packaging, but it looks like the one in your post - JM69A. 0-1K linear
Prety easy to make, solder the wires to the left and centre tabs on the resistor.
Turned fully clockwise it reduces the temp by 9 degrees, I set mine at 5 and have left it there.
Well worth the effort to make and fit, bike is much more rideable at slow speed / steady throttle.
