I have one and am quite pleased with what I use it for. Mainly for shorter trips and green laning.

I would not recommend it for longer motorway journeys as I find it too loud for that. But then again I am a bit spoilt on that front with my Shoei XR1000 with whisper kit.

No problems with neck pain though, not even on long trips.
