Good to here youve got it all sorted.

Id just check that the gear levers pinch bolt is still tight, ive had a few wee offs on my XTR and the bolt loosens up easily and can make the gear change a little clunky or loose feeling.

Also check the engine oil as when the bike lyes on its side the oill runs to the top of the head and can burn it off.
