Give Jmo a pm, although she was in america on a tenere i think she got a set of levers from an FZ1 to fit the tenere as the brake lever got broken in a crash!!! not sure but give her a PM.
Other than that unless you ask your Yamaha Dealer nicely they might be able ask Yamaha Japan or check a few of the part numbers to see if they are the same as any other bike
