Quite correct, you can not remap the standard Yamaha ECU. If you want to stop the poping back block off your AIS pipe, all details in the mod section.

A Power Commander with a custom made fuel map is the way to go if you have the funds, $600 for a PCV + $250+ for the custom made fuel map.
You do have other choices as there are quite a few fuel mods out there.
