Do i have to keep the in line fuse on the power supply cable provided or can i cut it down to the length i require as the factory connector should be fused, shouldn't it?

Wiring not my speciality to say the least..............

Thanks in advance
Hi MudMatt, I would still retain the fuse in the satnav lead, it will be of the correct rating and if a problem does happen then it will blow and not your Garmin the fuse supplying the connector will be a lot higher rated
