I've ridden there.... and after visiting all the EU countries bar 1 (at the time) I feel qualified to say that the standard of driving is very poor, worse even than parts of the UK, but consistantly bad.
Over half the cages on the roads have dings, and driving seams to take third place behind, drinking coffee, jesticulating, make-up and that all important conversation (in person or mobile, it doesn't seam to matter).
So I would agree with the Capt'n the skills of a rider need to be very well honed, it's kill or be killed.....
