Fitted the spacers no probs took about 10 mins once I had the bike up all I can say is these are a must hav mod the bike is so much better nowhere as much dive, gear changes do not have the rocking horse effect anymore

just fitted my spacers, nice firm ride now. bike sits higher too, I'm now on tippy toes not that thats a problem
took me all day though as i did fork oil at same time and can never resist the urge to clean everything including under the mudgaurds
