It's what I supposed. It's clear we are speaking about an inducted signal detected by speedometer pick up (or wires of pick up to CPU) and triggered by the new installation. You can try to change the position of PC and wires road installation. You can try also to cover PC and wires with an aluminium foil (as per food), in order to define the position of the problem and to eliminate.

In any case I don't think is a problem of PC, why I know that the same problem can happens with new bike and original installation (weakness of project).

I hope to explained myself, but this is the maximum of my english. Sorry.
