There's rubber in No4, where No1 goes, don't know if there is some metal hidden in there aswell.
After an off, my LHS No1 is slightly askew and doesn't want to right itself, took it to bits, though I've refrained from getting the lump hammer oot.

Happened to me as well. It was fixed by just removing and putting it back in place.
Could it be that the bolt itself is crooked?
