got in from a 200mile round trip today and when i checked my exhaust, the rivets that hold the dome end on had somehow come away and the end was hanging off, and the cotton wool was coming out.
i will admit i may of been going a tad over 70mph but surley this shouldn't of caused this to happen?
I'm a little bit pi%$ed off to be honest as they weren''t cheap to buy and haven't even been on a year
i will take a couple of photos and post em when I get a chance, just putting the feelers out to see if anyone has had this!

There could be many reasons why the end plate came off, any Photo's of the rivet holes or remaining rivets. Causes, weak rivets, holes to big, rivets not tight enough , to much free play between the end cap & outer can
When I serviced my CCC exhausts I used stainless steel rivets, I have not had any problems since November 2008 with anything coming loose.
