Are they CCC silencers, or just carbon fibre silencers?
Singles and twins are hard on carbon fibre silencers, and are known for splitting the silencer bodies, and also blowing the ends out. If you wanted to effect a repair, then I would recommend redrilling the end cap, fitting a new rivet strap and fresh rivets.
If the carbon fibre tube is thin, then I wouldn't be surprised if it happened again.
