it basically says: avoid riding it at too high rev for a long period of time.
I would also suggest: avoid motorways for the break-in/run-in... it's boring.... and I'm convinced that the engine would benefit more from a varied break-in run, by using several gear/chanmging revs, more than a long stretch of motorway...
