I think that's referring to the Ryedale Rally, which I have heard of before but which it does seem to be a bit tricky to find out anything about. As far as I know it is meant to be an enduro/rally type event aimed at big dualsport bikes rather than smaller enduro machinery.

All of which sounds pretty interesting, although I'll reserve judgement about whether it's a stupid idea until more information comes out.
