Either that or try and get one of those huge Touratech bash plates as about �100 as i think they cover everything the bars do

Thanks for the reply, the intention is just nice bimbly lanes. However as I don't know them and am just going off the map they don't always turn out that way...stranded my KLX650 on its sump guard more than once
all part of the fun!
I should just stop being such a scrooge and perhaps get the big mo-fo TT bash plate you mention.
