I emailed Kenny on Monday 22nd to ask if there was a problem with the throttle body which was delivered to him on 11th and which had been estimated at 2-3 days turn-round. It is now two weeks today and I have not had either a communication from Kenny to advise me what is happening nor a response to my query to him earlier this week. I shall be emailing again this afternoon when he will have had the body for two weeks and report back if there is any response. We may have another CCC type delay in the offing.

I know Kenny is a busy man & does not sit at his PC like we do.

I also was a bit worried about my throttle body as Kenny was a little slow at responding to when he would be post back to me, the next thing I knew the throttle body was sitting at my door step. Kenny had machined it & posted it back to me without any payment. He is a very trusting man, I am sure you will hear from Kenny soon.

The reason I say it may be a CCC type delay is that from his posts Kenny seems to be like Simon - an enthusiast before a businessman - sound familiar Kev?

I am hoping it arrives before I return to Spain on 13th October or it would then need to go to Spain to be fitted to Bluey and - if successful - Bluey's throttle body to Kenny and back to the UK for Blackie when I return next year.

I think they are 5 or 6 hours behind UK time. Surely you can call him during working hours (his working hours that is) to find out. I would.

Only got voicemail from the phone but I emailed again and got a fairly immediate reply that it's been done and it's on its way back. Kenny says he has bored it + 3mm and shortened the entry taper because the metal is thicker than the raptor to give even more top end with no bottom loss. :yahoo:

I told you he was a good man, +3mm to good.

Thank God for that, I have been feeling guilty all this time in case "someone" doubted that I ever actually posted the t/body to the states in the first place!

I cannot imagine the amount of space in the head of anyone who would doubt your integrity Fran. Besides - I followed the parcel via the tracking number you provided!
