I know Kenny has many things running around in his head now with all this XT stuff.

We are still looking for a 11:1 or 11.5:1 100mm pistons for our XT660's, JE pistons were not interested in making us the above mention pistons, I sent many Emails trying to get them to make them up for us. May be Kenny could have a look for us one day, as a drop in piston is far cheaper then a rebore/re-plate or new cylinder.

I will call this week to make sure they have a forging in the proper size. I'm sure they do, so pistons are just a phone call and a few weeks away:occasion14:

The XT's head is simmelar to the 700R's, so your CNC heads will work here to.

Did I miss something ? All this excitement and I've yet to hear what the result is of the mod ! Kev?

I can definitely feel more HP through the range, I have only played with the mapping by hand & need to run my bike on the dyno to set it up correctly.

Should have it on the dyno soon. If I can get close to 60HP total with all my mods I will be happy.

The throttle body mod works well no effects with poor idling or cutting out. I did 60 miles yesterday & loved it.

I am basically working on the O2 simulator at the moment fine tunning things & want to get both mods on the dyno at the same time.

I am also looking at the other side of the air box & want to fit a stage 3 filter, as I know when I did dyno testing on the stage 1 & 2 filters I found that I could get more HP from the air box by removing the filters & now that I have a +2mm throttle body that can allow even more air into the motor I want to make something up so not to restrict the new throttle body..

Is it not a Suspension and frame mod that is needed:(

If you could mount the Rear mono shock somewhere else, Like the MT03 then it would free the space behind the Carb for a better airbox:occasion14:
