hi guys!
i recently dyno my mt03 and i have i question about how much hp will gain after remapping the stock ecu(Piasini)!

I currently
mivv oval, bmc stage1, dna stage2 , pc3. everything else is original.
+Carbon Cans only. 2.2HP +Stage1 & 2 DNA Filters snorkel removed. 3.8HP (bmc is low) +PCIII. 2.0HP = 8HP - 1HP bmc = total mod up my xt ~7HP

how much hp and torque I take if I put dna stage3 and +2mm bigger throttle body whit mapping right?
,
DNA stage 3 Air Box Mod + PCIII custom fuel map + Cans 8.33 HP +2mm bigger throttle body 2HP = total project 12,33HP

difference 12,33hp - 7hp = 5,33HP and little torque?

Do you know about how mutch power/torgue the OTR header pipes can give with Leovince, dna stage 1+2,PCV-O2 controller?
Also what should i do with O2?When i got leovince and a filter i increased it 15 units.
Now with power commander should i set it back to default value?

K&N or DNA Stage1?

Hi,

Actually I have Akrapovic cans, K&N Air filter, Snorkel out and PCIII on my 2009 XTX.

I am going to mount DNA Stage 2, and next year I will go to a Racing company to make a new and personal map for PC3. I want to know if it will be a good idea to change the K&N air filter for a DNA Stage 1 (59), or if it's not going to make a big difference.

I want to get the more HP increase that I can, so also I want to know if it's a good idea to remove the lambda sensor or not.

The DNA filters flow more air compared to the K&N filters, due to larger pleats in the weave of the filter.

Hi

I am a new owner Yamaha 2005 with 11k kilometers. I am planing to go for DNA stage 1+2 and after market cans + Kev's fuel mode. Somebody told me if I change the cans, I should buy also PCIII or PCV, to change the engine plan. Is it correct? Should I buy it?

thnks

A power commander is one of your best options as it can tune the mapping in every fuel cell we have many map setup in the ASK KEV section for PCV & PCIII,

Next option would be one of my fuel mods which is a basic tuning tool & will do the job: https://www.xt660.com/home/kev-shop/#fuel-mod
