about Kev's fork spacers..a MUST HAVE mod :)

here I am talking once again about Kev's fork spacers. The only mod so far on my 07 X ...currently spending much on my guitars hehehe..
so.. last week I went on a fast ride with a friend (he has a Fazer 600cc) and we decided to hit the highway.
I rode my X for 15 miles at a speed of 175 Km/h (110 mph). Boy.. what a feeling!!! Curves were the best part, plus there was just a little traffic, a great quality of tarmac, and luckily no cops around :drillsergeant:.
Tyres were warm enough and I enjoyed my front end stiffness and stabillity to the fullest, leaning BIG TIME on the curves with so much confidence!!!
Not much of a mod freak as I mentioned before.... but for those like me that can't afford or don't want to fit some racing springs yet... Kev's fork spacers is a MUST HAVE mod!!!

Thanks again Kev!

Thanks for the feed back. A cheap mod with a good result.

After finaly getting around to changing my front fork oil to a 15W, it is a good match to the stiffer feeling front end & the bike now handles even better. I have added the fork oil change with photos to the spacer mod instructions that I sell on Ebay.

Half are sold already. So don't delay, otherwise you will have to wait for the next batch.

Kev,

Just ordered a set off your E-Bay Link. I have already put a set of hyper-pro springs and thicker oil in the forks on my XXX 2007 model so I am hoping that this will help even more.
What do you reckon please mate?

Cheers

WB

Kev,

I've just placed my order too. Seems like a cheap way to improve my bike so it must be had...
