Ed your bike is a thing of great beauty and you got a real bargain. That bike must have some wonderful stories on its travels far and wide.

thanks for the bike compliments Jac, work in progress and fun to ride is the main thing. I have to be careful not going to far with the work or it will end up like my other bikes which I just want to polish. I want to get in touch with the old owner to try and find out the history or stories of its travels, in the mean time best we sort out some of our own travels.

I did it purely for saving weight (it was a very good price too).
It was fine till this week when it suddenly got much louder. Not sure why yet.
I may be wrong, but the Vinces seemed to give me more power.

Do you have a removable baffle ?..if you have is it still there.The only reason I ask is mine got louder,I stopped to investigate and realised I had lost the baffle,just a thought..
