I'm interested in a rad guard & sprocket cover..
Rad guard with the daka logo & 660R on the bottom.. Possable ? Sprocket cover with XTR on it.. PS.... what thickness alloy do you use ? |

Anything is possible! I'll knock up some designs and pm you see what you think. All the rad guards are made from 1.5mm thick stainless steel. In the development stage last year I tried 1.5mm thick aluminium and 1.2mm thick stainless steel but decided that the aluminium was too easy to bend and the 1.2mm thick stainless was a little to flexible so decided on 1.5mm thick stainless. I've got some sprocket covers with the '660R' logo and 'XTX' logo in production but not with the 'XTR' logo - again, I can easily do some of these. These are 2mm thick stainless and are pretty solid. had my new rad guard for a couple of weeks just sitting in box. fitted it tonight and looks great.
and yes very well packed. ta hushy |
