Welcome Back

Hi mate, know how you feel. Managed to convince my Missus that I needed a bike to save money on petrol (he he he). Just got back from a blast, and feeling on top of the world. Welcome & enjoy, Boneman

I'd just about decided to order a replacement set of stickers for my XT660R and went into the local Yamaha dealer for a quote (over 100 - ouch:confused2:) so thought ....... I'll just have a quick look on ebay and found a full set of plastics plus mudguards / screen etc., all in excellent condition for two thirds the price of the stickers on their own. Placed a bid and won and they turned up a few days later.
Now all fitted to the bike (think they are 2007 spec?) and mine original panels are bubble wrapped and in the loft to keep as spares :laughing7:

the 'new look' XT660R........

Cool.

Welcome along, now go to http://www.xt660.com/forumdisplay.php?f=198 and commit yourself to the XT660 2012 Lakes Gathering, up here in the Lake District.

We are a friendly bunch and there will be lots going on over the weekend. All you need is a Tent, sleeping mat & bag, your bike and something to eat /drink from. There is always someone around who will cook or make a brew for you.

It's a brand new site for 2012 too...
