XTR/X different mirrors?

Ive an XTR 06 but im assuming theres no difference between the XTX and also the 04 bikes to present bikes.

The question is have any of you's changed your mirrors?

If so what mirrors did you change them to and how much? If possible also a link or picture of the mirrors

Just this is the second set of mirros ive gone through:confused2:, first set where wrecked in a crash with a transit over a year ago:eusa_naughty:, then i bought some cheapy ones from tawian off ebay, which where ok (cheap), but didnt look as good as the standard ones and also vibed out of position after about a week, and at the moment the left ones came loose and the mirror bit fell off, and the right is so loose after 20mins it just turns down.

Just had a look on ebay and there just so many to choose from and i dont know which ones will work. Also im not really looking for anything fancy just something that will work and let me see behind me.

maxwell, a few people changed mirrors to aftermarket ones, however I know a lot of them regretted it, Storm bought some expensive carbon looking ones from Off The Road, they looked very very nice but made him mad because he couldn't see nothing but a blur.

You put anything smaller or lighter and they will shake, rattle and roll to the point where you rear view is impaired.

The original mirrors in my view are the best, they need to be hefty and large becase these bikes vibrate a lot.

Thats what i was thinking just they are stupidly expensive from the dealers at 30 per mirror or something like that, so basically 60 for a set of mirrors i think its a bit over priced.

04 to 06 models have the same mirrors, 07 XTX onwards were changed in design.

Make sure you don't break them then! :icon_albino: or is it too late now?
