throttle problems
 

hello again.after my little problem with the clocks,then the paint on the engine,i have now discovered another slight problem with my 08 reg XTR 4000 miles.on my way home,i broke down.fan****ingtastic!now i've got hardly any part throttle and it just keeps cutting out.open it out fully and you have 2 nice cherry red down pipes.just right 4 keeping your hands warm or making toast.what a absolute bag of **** i seen 2 have purchased.back 2 The dealers again.i've even got my own coffee cup there,as i now spend my sat mornings there with the bike.starting 2 hate the bike now.wish i'd kept my old honda.anybody else having problems or is mine a friday bike? (just chucked 2gether 4 the weekend in the factory). :-( no bike now 4 the weekend.****.

just bad luck, I guess. Hang in there, and ask the dealer to check the following:

1) TPS
2) ECU

and ask them to fully test the wiring loom for faults and electrical shortages.
