Okay Grumpy,you are correcct about the rubber washers,as for the screen fitting a 660x I am not too sure.I will take some photos of my bike screen fitted and you should be able to tell from that if it is possible to fit on your bike.I do remember when I ordered my screen they made sure that I had a 660r other than a 660x.I will post photos this afternoon.

Hi Grumpy,send your screen back,they should not have sold it to you anyway,they should have known that the part wouldnt fit the 660x snugly.Good luck finding another screen.
