Improved weather resistance

Many areas on the tenere need some care if you are really going to go through the year or water with it. Over the next few weeks I will be fully prepping the bike and as I find a need I will sort it out asap.

Here is a wiring no brainer I found when doing the Scottoiler positioning.
After washing the bike prior to work some of these were full off water ingress. It takes a few minutes to prep them and coat contacts with Vaseline and slicone the wire entry and exits to the plugs. Have always done this on all Trials, Enduro and Rally bikes and never had sparky problems of any kind. More to come as I work my way through the bike.

Exposed connectors hidden behind reservoir and covered by open sleeve.

Vaseline and silicone sealed entry and exits to connectors.

This need a cable tie to seal the cover onto the loom and prevent water running down loom outer and into/onto connectors.

Have not got to the front end yet but expect ot will need some form of protection around the connector. Seems to be in line for the worst of the crud the wheel kicks up ( hence the extender on my guard)
