Ok a quick fire round here..... I need new tryes on my xtx 08 but really cant choose....

I had the PP on my Buell and my R6 and they were pretty good... but some on here report of them being rubbish on the XTX ...

Now i do like leaning right over even in the wet so where do i go from here???

Also where can i get some distanzias in SE london..

Distanzias Still seem to be in short supply.

Tyres can be a personnal thing, So if you liked them on your other bikes try them on this one. :Footie_UUEIJA:

why fit sport tyres to a 45 bhp bike or whatever it is.Distanzias for me and you can do some mild off roading also.Like keith says sometimes its best not to ask only gets confusing.

I fit sports tyres to my bike because I drive 40 miles to and from work every day in all weather conditions and want a tyre that sticks and lasts and I have no intension of riding my bike off road.
Thats why

Have a look in this months Ride mag, there's a wet weather tyre test.

1, Dunlop Roadsmart

2, Michelin Power Pilot 2CT

I have the Roadsmarts on my XTX, haven't had any problems.

I've had a Pilot Road 2 on the rear for about a month now and although expensive it does feel very stable. I havn't tried the distanzias because they are still not available.

They are expensive but i got nearly 6000 miles out of my rear which makes them well worth the money in my mind.
