What do I need to do to install the spaders? Tap all the oil out and get new oil?
How much do I have to take apart to get them installed?

Take the weight off the front of the bike, remove the fork tops, drop the spacers in on top if the springs and then replace the tops. Simple as that.

Sounds pretty easy :) I think I have to order the spacers so I have something to do with the bike during winter :)
