Michelin Pilot Sport- Pilot Power

Hello,

although this tyre is made for Tubeless (TL), does anybody know it can be used on the xtX wheels with a tube (TT)?

I have one on the rear of mine, and awesome it is too. No problems running with a tube.

My Pirellis are "tubeless" tires too but obviously I have the tubes. I think most tires these days are.

Thanks a lot guys! Strange isn't it, TL tyres on TT rims.
Will soon buy me some Pilot Powers rear/front. Looks like they perform great in wet conditions as well. The Avon's I don't like because of the profile looks, although it seems to be a great tyre as I have read through the forum.
Cheers

I have both tyres pilot power with over 5k kms on road and no bad remarks

I had a pilot sport on my first xtx on the rear and it was rubbish. I would say avoid the sport one as it is too hard.

Thanks Tony. That's not good for such an expensive tyre.
Will try the Pilot Powers.

Interesting, I'm glad I just checked because I made a mistake in my earlier post. Mine isn't a Sport, it's a Road2. The dual compound jobbie. One thing I didn't make a mistake on is how good they are. I'm really impressed and I've run lots of different tyres over the years.
