Cush Drives - Info req'd please

All,

I have seen a thread somewhere on the forum that discusses the cush drive issue, what to look for and how to replace them.

Can someone point me to that thread please, and hopefully it will have a few piccies as well, just so i can see what people are atlking about.

Any help will be appreciated.

Regards

WB. :bricks:

WB I am concerned that the cush drives on your wheels might not be similar to the Yamaha original ones because you have Marche$$ini wheel$$ on them, and perhaps they are different....

here is what the original look like:

W B, when you take out your rear wheel and discover a hand full of rubber bits and ****e where the cush-drives should be, pm me your address as I have a spare set I got under warrantee for my old XT, you can have them if you want them.

AJT690KTM,

Thanks for the offer mate. As the Capt reminded me, with the Marchenisi wheels i have a slightly different setup and when i removed the backwheel last night the cush drives are completely. Anyway, i have checked them for wear and tear and they are OK, i am pleased to say.

Thanks for the thought though mate

Cheers

WB
