Im with tony on this one, Ive got the yammy hand guards but after seeing his photo he seems to have a standard bar end, where as mine seems to have a cut down/ thinner bar end weight. Will have to see about this as my left hand seems to get worse off than my right on the vibration terms.

It seems my bar end is possibly to over come the heated grips or just a thinned down one so i fit right up into the bar end. Not sure on this one.

no it all started the moment i took them off and fitted the acerbis protectors. with the ends on i have no problems...

Well, for the moment i've put my end caps back on the way tony has them, just have to wait untill i buy the other handprotectors... At least its a lot more comfortable when riding to work!

I have acerbis handguards too, bought from yamaha dealer.

1. Insalled original barends + handguards / or only orig bar ends - no difference in vibration.

2. Installed superheavy custom made barends.

Result: <120 kmh, I feel almost nothing... like holding an a car steering wheel - no vibration whatsoever BUT more than 120 kmh I get mad vibration and my hands go numb after 25 km-s. :S

Are all the engine mounts tight, get some spanners & check they are all tight. Is the sterring head bearing adjusted correctly?
