Lights - Help Wanted
 

Help ? I have an 04 XTX and the headlamp blew I have replaced it, but can anyone with an 04 bike tell me this. Prior to the bulb blowing i was sure that the lights front and back were on as soon as the ignition switch was swtiched on irrespective off if the engine was running? Now since changeing the bulb, the lights on the rear come on as soon as the ignition is on, but not the front. However when i start the engine the front light comes on ? It's just that i swear the front light used to come on with the ignition irrespective of the engine running ? I might be completely wrong , but can anyone take 5mins to confirm this ? many thanks dave

The front side light comes on but the main light only comes on once the engine is running. The rear is always on.
