Do I need help or............

.........is the feel of fresh rubber just plain sexy!! bigwink

Had some Dunlop Roadsmarts fitted today, I haven't even got the wheels back on the bike yet, but the difference in feel to the Pirelli Dragons is vast. The Pirellis feel like there made of wood!!!

Forget my post in the other thread those look very nice, I would like to see a picture or two when fitted, as you say they look nice. Please let us know how you get on with them.

And yes its not normal to lust over rubber in normal life but hey we are bikers so we are allowed!

Early days, but they defiantly feel better than the Pirellis. Just had a quick 40miles out on damp roads and I feel alot happier so far.

171 fitted to loose wheels at my local tyre place, they have just opened a 'Bike Bay'.

Price was cheaper than M&P even without the delivery.

Is it just me being silly or do the tread patterns seem to go in opposite directions on the front compared with the back????? Probably me :bricks:

No you, they do go in opposite directions, I've lost count of the times I've checked the direction arrows on the tyres, but they are on correctly!!

Nick

I can only see 2 pictures with the tyres fitted to the bike, I can then see little x's as if there is an image there but not showing.

They look megga fat off the bike but then "normal" on the bike. They look very good and I would imagine it would be hard not to be better than stock fitment!

I wonder what tyre life will be? My stock rear tyre is squaring off now and I only have 800 miles on it. I need to save up so I can get the Avons fitted pronto...

Tony,

The X's are where I tried the add the images, but ******ed it up, incidently I can't see the X's when I look at the post?? Edited it anyway to delete the lines before and after the pic's.

Tyre life should be good as they are a sports touring tyre, the dual compound on the rear should help. The front is the same compound as the softer sides on the rear.
