A bloke at work pointed out as I parked my bike today , that my rear tyre had no tread in the centrer, it has flattend a bit and is quite worn in the center, they are the originals and im up to 3200 miles on them. Time for some new tyres I think.

Yes I think I will give them a try, what is the correct size for the front and rear avons ?

i have just replaced my original rear tyre at 3800 mls, but front still gots loads of tread, so went for continental road Attack, hopefully both front and rear will wear together, then can be replaced as a pair with distanzias.

Thanks for that link, and my front tyre is fine so will just get the rear for now.
