Have a look at these guys, some great gear and available off of ebay too.
I have the top A frame one, its absolutely tiny and you can just fit one person in it with a bag of gear, but nothing else.

I have always thought that there was tremendous scope of a motorcycle tent with no tent poles... will research it again.

Alternatively I strongly recommend Hammock tents, two for two people, they will give you the best nights sleep (if you learn how to sleep in a hammock)

I have some pics of a tent i used when the wife and i did a tour, this worked well for us and folds up about the size of a rugby ball, onething i would go without again is a small pillow! you'll see the tent is that green little thing on the bike at the back
