iridium sparkplug????
Has anyone fitted one of these, if so have you got the code/number for it, as my local bike shop are oblivious to the fact the XT can use them
Cheers |
There are currently 2 makes of iridium plugs for the xts, I have tried both, an NGK and a DENSO
The better quality (is the one with longer life expectancy) is the Denso and the model is DENSO Iridium UI22 The NGK model is CR7EIX |

I use the NGK as noted by Capt, and it has been really good, much better than the standard NGK. However, you may struggle to find one in the shops as i had to get the local YAM dealer to order me 1 in, only to find that i had to buy a pack of 4. Drop me a PM if you are interested and I can sell you one as I still have 3 spare. Cheers WB |
All you need to do is ask WB here is a UK supplier that sells the irirdium plugs
http://xt660.com/showthread.php?t=22...hlight=iridium remember the search feature on the top right? type Iridium and the go.... that's all you had to do :D |

they are so expensive in NZ and Australia. $35 each NZD or 16 quid.
Ive seen them online in the UK for 6 quid each. Someone over here (NZ) is making too much $$$:dontknow: |
