usually once in the morning and once in the afternoon.
but then i always think about something to look for info on, so i come on quick.

what do you define normal being?? once a day? once a week? many times a day???

and too tell the truth at the moment i am on this site about 4-5 times a day now i am off uni for revision time and christmas. Breaks up the slog of the day when i am not out on my bike

Well im on here as often as posable cos there is so much info to get up to speed with Ive found bits on gell pads for seats and all sorts so well done and thanks for all the info and cant wait till March 1st!
