Resonating Bashplate
 

I've fitted a SW Motech bash plate ordered from Kedo last week and apart from looking great it resonates like a tuning fork at certain revs!! Even with ear plugs in I can hear it - quite annoying :(

Anyone else experienced this? - I'm gonna have a go at rubber mounting it, I'll let you know whether it works or not.

Check that your jubilee clip where your header pipe connects to the mid pipe isn't touching the bash plate. That was where mine was touching.

The other option is ride faster and all you can hear is wind and the cans. lol.

i used to get this with the yamaha bash plate, had to get dealer to fit sum better rubbber spacers
