Another water pump question
 

I have an 09 xtx, My local Yamaha dealer replaced the seals in the water pump at the start of the year after it had started leaking. I checked it recently and if I wiped my finger under the weep hole there would be coolant residue on the inside of the hole. I took the bike back to them and they changed the O ring on the short pipe which goes into the engine block.

I now have the bike back and coolant is still slowly leaking from the weep hole. The mechanical seal is only 8 months old, could it have potentially gone already? Or have they not used enough Yama bond on the seal before fitting it?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
